I was tagged by Dreamy!

Mmkay, here is how it ("Tag") works.

Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are tagged, need to post in their Diary the rules & their 7 pawsome facts. Then choose 7 dogs to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to bark them a pmail that they have been tagged and to read your Diary, or, send them a fun Rosette announcing they've been Tagged!

~~~~~~Here are 7 facts 'bout Brady Bleu!!~~~~~~
1. I've always had somewhat 'stubborn' and 'showdog' -like behavior. (Maybe 'cause I am a "retired" 4-H-er?) Whenever Sav tries to change that, it don't work. -nodnod-
2. I used to eat Pedigree dog chow, but I didn't like. Meaning, I would not eat it whatsoever. (I'm a very picky eater.) So they bought me Purina Beneful. Gosh it's good! (But for the record, not as good as chicken.)
3. Shadow chews up all my toys.
4. I have thing for the girl dog who lives downstairs from us in another apartment. I hear her tags jingle, I /have/ to look out the window. But dangit, Sav found out!
5. I once got a cactus in my paw. =o( It hurt a LOT. But Sav's mom got it out after a few minutes. Phew!
6. I am originally from Front Royal, VA. Then I was driven up to Buffalo, NY, a very nice lady's house that had a lot of dogs, three of them being my brother and sister, and my older sister. Then my family came and saw me, and took me home. Then we all moved to Colorado Springs.
7. Last one. Hmm, I'm running out of ideas.
I like cats a lot, but for some reason they don't like me. They hiss at me and harass me. What savage behavior!
The dogs I've tagged:
1. Dropje
2. Tucker
3. Maggie
4. Max
5. Reuben
6. Mattress
7. Oreo
Have fun!
We missed you guys!
Sorry we haven't been on Dogster for a while. Sav's just been so busy with school and church, and trying to keep in touch with her friends back across the country in New York State, and well, everything else! We're going to try to get on every day like we were before.
Yay, summer's coming! Which means MORE WALKS!! WOOooo... etc.
We'd better start bringing the camera outside too, so you can see everything we did!
Sav is looking for animal shelter to volunteer at.. but she's having trouble finding one. So pray for her that she is successful in finding one, because she really wants to help dogs and cats!
Well our busy life is actually keeping us from writing anything else, (isn't that sad?) but we'll write more, I promise!
Brrr!
Wow, we got a lot of snow today! The Coloradans called it 'Holiday Blizzard `06'. Pff. My family is from New York, and I lived there for a while, (about a year) and for us, this is nothin'! Of course, I don`t like all the snow blowing in my face.. so Shadow and I just pee on the porch in stead of going down the steps to the 'dog potty area' (it`s not really a designated potty area, but a lot of dogs and their humans go there). Bol.. Sav's poor dad went to work in the stuff and then took two hours to get home, probably because of delays/traffic, etc.
My poor eye!
Yesterday the humans noticed this gross strange green goop coming out of the side of my eye.. it`s nasty. They`re pretty worried about it but they`re going to wait a few days and see if it keeps coming.
Three out of our four of my humans have been sick lately. I`d better be careful! xD Kidding.
UPDATE: The green stuff is gone! Bol..hmm.. how strange.
A little stray
Yesterday Sav's brother walked in with a cute little terrier. He told us that it was a stray that he found outside near some cars. Poor little thing. So what do the humans do with Shadow and I once they walk in? Into the crates we go. Dang! Although I was let out for a while, because I was gentle with the dog. But then there`s Shadow. She has a good heart...she really does..but she gets too hyper sometimes. Anyway, we tried walking around to find anyone who was familiar with the dog, but no luck. (she didn`t have a collar on) So, we finally called the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak region, -who we`ve called before with a Pit bull type dog, named J.R.- and this nice tall man (bol) came to our door and picked her up. And that was the end of that.
Another dog saved!
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
We hope everyone has a wonderful day together tomarrow, and remember what the real story of Thanksgiving and what the pilgrims went through long ago. And if you`re going to someone else`s house for Turkey day, why not being your dog? No one likes to be alone on a holiday! As for me, Spunky (along with his crate to get away from Shadow's rough playing) and his family are coming over for the day.
Don`t give your dogs too much table scraps! (Maybe just..one. Mmm..)
A great day
Today, Sav said to me, "Ya wanna go for a ride?" My ears perked up as always, but I only recognize the 'go for' words, not the 'ride' word. Anyway, Sav lifted me into the car (to my dismay) with Shadow, and went to this place that she called, 'the new vet'. Shadow had been there before, but I haven`t. I always went to a different vet. There was this HUGE german shepherd and two lab-mix-ish dogs. Also a cute little puppy and two or three cats. Dog, talk about embarrassment!; Shadow was excited about the other animals, maybe too excited. She totally harassed the two labs and jumped up on the lady holding the puppy. Oy.. we went in the exam room and the girl actually gave me a distemper shot! (bol) The vet girl and another person were holding Shadow to clip her nails. You should`ve seen the way Shadow squirmed! Luckily they didn`t have any accidents clipping, and we were soon out of there.
We got back in the car, and drove more. Man, I hate car rides. But this time, instead of going to a bad place, we went to a park! Whoo! Sav, her brother, and her mom let us off-leash in a fenced in tennis court. Us dogs were running like the wind! That is, until they broke out the food. I started the begging routine as my human family ate their lunch from a place called 'Mcdonalds'...whatever that is. But it smelled sooo good. Sav's mom gave me a tiny piece of hamburger, but after that, all Shadow and I could have was water. After that, we walked out of the court and a strange lab pup, probably about 6 months, ran up to us. Sav petted her and then her owner walked over and got her.
When we got home, I gobbled down my (kibble) lunch and went to sleep, dreaming of we`d do tomarrow.
