Pet-Peeves: Loud noise, the vaccuum, people play fighting
Favorite Toy: He likes to steal Shady's stuffed sheep
Favorite Food: Acana, table scraps
Favorite Walk: Down the street to our friend Noel and her cats
Best Tricks: The "Trouble-stretch"
Arrival Story: His original owner had given him to a mutual friend. My friend already had a dog in her home and she found that she couldn't give Trouble the attention that he deserved, so she offered him to me. He's a beautiful guy and he's been a great addition to our family.
Bio: We're not too sure of Trouble's true age, but he's probably around 6 years old now. We've recently gotten him neutered because we have 2 unaltered females.
Forums Motto: Trouble- not a name, it's a way of life!
Wow! A beautiful little pomeranian named Penny gave me a ROSETTE!!! I am soooooo excited! I feel so honored. Thank you, Penny... Thank you... THANK YOU!
Now Penny shared a story with me about a dog that her mom had. His name was Tucker and he was a beautiful pomeranian. While Penny's mom was recovering from an accident, a friend went to her home and cleaned it for her. She used a Swiffer Wet Jet and Tucker walked on the wet floor. He got really sick. He was brought to a vet and some tests were taken. The tests concluded that Tucker had gotten into an anti-freeze type of solvent and his kidneys were failing. He died 2 weeks later. Penny's mom had tried getting an answer from the company as to why such a thing could happen, but they never returned her corrospondence. She did some research and found that most cleaners are dangerous, but TKO Orange cleaner is safe.
[Note from Brig: We use vinegar, which also helps if your dogs are not completely house-trained.
We all know that anti-freeze is DANGEROUS. But how many of us were aware that it had a common ingrediant with household cleaners?]
Please everyone heed this warning and take it seriously. Don't let this happen to another beloved pet.
