His uncle Shaun was slow to realize that dogs couldn't be kept in college dorms and Toby was happily adopted.
Bio:
Toby is a Libra, he pees a little when he gets excited (especially when he sees his grandpa Mike), he will occasionally sing if provoked, he is a master of the art of boxing and playing dead, and he seems to be deaf when you want him to listen to you but somehow can hear a potato chip bag being opened at the other end of the house.
