I had another dog picked out at the SPCA - but she was adopted by someone else 20 minutes before I could go get her! They said they had some new dogs in though - and there he was just staring at me while all the other dogs barked their lungs out around us in the kennel. It was clear that he was my dog and it was meant to be.
Bio:
I don't really know how old Milton is or where he came from. Who would give up an amazing dog like this?? Brilliant and sweet, and it confounds everyone who meets him how he could possibly have wound up at Animal Care and Control.
