Strangers, dominant dogs, other people's cats ( she likes her kittys, it's everyone elses she dislikes ).

Favorite Toy:
Tug O War Rope, stick for playing fetch, tennis ball.

Favorite Food:
People food, she HATES dry dog food, and prefers rabbit and rice formula can food. She also likes boiled chicken livers.

Favorite Walk:
Out the backdoor, around the swingset, under the trampoline, and back inside.

Best Tricks:
She can sit, fetch, 'go get Jazzy', and speak.

Arrival Story:
Kookie was severely beaten when she was a year old. She was rescued by a very nice lady, but the lady was moving and could not take Kookie with her. Kookie had not been properly socialized and not even the rescues would take her. The lady lived 2 1/2 hours from me and I met her halfway at a rest stop to pick Kookie up. She barked at me but quickly warmed up to my kids, and hopped in the car for the journey to her new house. 2 days went by before she started coming around to my hubby, but she finally did. It was a while before we could raise our hands to play with her or make any sudden movements around her, but she got over it, and now she's the best dog we could have ever asked for.

Bio:
Kookie is an excellent guard dog, I would trust her with my life. I don't think she would ever let anyone harm our home, or our family. She's very loyal, and although she keeps Jazzy in check often, I think she's a great influence on her. Although she is very aggressive towards strangers, she's very gentle with the family. She loves to snuggle, and will tap you on your hand with her nose until you pet her.
