1. I follow Mommy everywhere she goes (even into the bathroom)!

2. When I don't want Chester to have a toy I want I run into the cat condo and hide!

3. My Gaga bought me and Chester a stroller, so we can go out with Mommy and Daddy! I LOVE it!

4. If Mommy doesn't give me enough room at night when we are in bed I kick her with my back legs.

5. I always try to sneek some food away from Chester when I know I am not aloud to eat his kind of food!

6. Within the first minute of going on a car ride I fall fast asleep.

7. I "wave" when I get excited or I see someone or something that I want!

My liver disease

Well, it has been a month since I had surgery and I thought I would write about it in my diary. I will start from the beginning. A few months ago I started having seizures and my family took me to the vet and after all the testing the doctors found that it had something to do with my liver. So, on March 23rd I had surgery and the doctors were hoping to put rings on my shunts to correct my problem and to hopefully stop my seizures....but they weren't able too because there were way to many and they were very small. They also said that if you never saw my cut that you would have never known that I had surgery because I was hardly acting like anything happend, so they let me come home a couple of days early! They also did a liver biospy and found out that I have a liver diease called Microvascular Dysplasia (MVD) and you can also call it Hepatic Microvascular Dysplasia (HMD). I will have to be on a special prescription diet and medicine for the rest of my life and that also means that from time to time I will still have seizures. I haven't been put on any anti seizure medicine because the seizures have been good and I have hardly had any, but if they get worse and the come more often like they did at first then I will have to take medicine to control them. Though I am on medicine and special food, I will have to contine to go to the doctor from time to time for testing to make sure I am doing good and that I am not going into liver failure. I ask that you all please keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers that I may live a long, happy, and healthy life. Thank you.

Happy Birthday to me!

Yeah!!!!!! Today I turned two! This morning my Gaga came over and Mommy put a number two candle in my food and the whole family (Mommy, Daddy, my brother Chester, and my Gaga) all sang happy birthday to me! I also got a really cool gift...I got a bunny surprise toy from my Mommy and Daddy....and a grooming gift certificate from my Gaga. This Saturday Mommy said that we are having a birthday party where I will be getting even more gifts and she is making a special birthday cake out of my wet food just for me! Thank you to everyone and dogster who have been sending me birthday wishes and presents!

I have many angels

Hi everyone! As some of you know that I have been sick the last few weeks and with all the testing I had done the doctor said that there is a problem with my liver and the surrounding shunts. Well, on Friday my Mommy took me to the specialist and he told us that I would need surgery, so on March 23, 2007 my Mommy & Daddy will be bringing me into the hospital where I will be in ICU for about 1-2 days and then in the regular part of the hospital for about 3-4days. Myself and my family would like to thank everyone that has helped us so far, you all know who you are and you truly are my Angels.

Not the vet again.

Though I don't mind going to see my doctor (everybody is really nice there), I cannot and I mean CANNOT stand getting needles. They are horriable, I don't like them just as much as I don't like when Mommy and Daddy go out and can't take my brother and I. Both Chester and I cried like little babies, but after that horrifing ordeal our Gaga bought us treats because we were good. Well, I am going to go play and then nap...Chester and I have a big day tomorrow...we have to go to the groomer. What are they trying to do to us? First the vet and now the groomer, I don't want to think of what is next. Bye bye!

Today is my birthday!!!

Today I turned one year old and I've been getting so many special birthday wishes from all of my family and friends. My big party isn't until Saturday, so that is when I'll be getting all of my birthday presents. I'll make sure that Mommy puts pictures of the party up on my profile.

The invitations are out!

My Mommy sent out birthday invitations with my picture in them this week for my very first birthday! I am so excited because everyone who got an invitation is coming and I overheard Mommy telling Daddy about the gifts I am going to get and the goodie bags that all of my friends will get as a special thank you for coming to my party. I just can't wait to see everyone. The party isn't until the end of the month, so I'll let everyone know how it went after it happened.

Family Time

My Daddy is off from work for the weekend and that means I get to spend a lot of time with him! So far today my parents had to do a few things, so I went along with them. First we went to Starbucks (my Mommy loves the Chai Lattes), then to 7-11 (Daddy can't stand Starbucks coffee), then off to the bank, and then finally to Lowe's Home Improvement Store (my Daddy & Mommy are building an apartment), where I got to see a lot of people (I love when they pay attention to me), after that we went home and I played for a little bit. Now, I am just waiting for my ug cousin Pugsly to come over so we can play. Oh yeah, last night my Mommy and I went to the hairdresser with Grandma and everyone was holding me and talking to me, I had the best time. Wel, I am going too go. Talk to you later!

Love & Licks

So far today......

I woke up this morning when I heard my Grandma and I started barking and crying because I wanted to see her; so my Daddy took me outside so I can go potty and when I came back in I ran to Grandma and gave her kisses. I played with my toys and annoyed my sister Ashley (she wasn't to happy), now I am going to take it easy. I heard that my Mommy wants to give me a bath, which I don't want. Woof at you later!
