Arrival Story:
My husband and I had been talking about getting a dog and went to the shelter a couple of times, but never adopted. One weekend we were talking to our friends about dogs in general when they asked us when we were going to get one. The next day, we were driving by the shelter on the way to the grocery store when we saw that they were open. We went in and Lilly was sitting on the other side of the cage just looking at us (not one bark!) We took her for a walk and played with her for a while. We decided to think about it over night, but put our application in so no one else would adopt her for one day. When we went to the grocery store, our cart somehow was filled with all sorts of dog things.... food, a water bowl, a dish, and armful of play things.... We couldn't wait. We went right back to the shelter and brought her home.

Bio:
Since Lilly is adopted, we don't know who her biological Parent's are. We know she's mixed with another breed, but not sure what. All we know is Lilly is full of love and good humor!
