Arrival Story:
After deciding on getting a dog, we looked through an encyclopedia of dog breeds. The characteristics, size and disposition of the Icelandic Sheepdog matched our life style. We went on the internet, found a breeder in Vancouver and had him shipped out to us. We've been the proud owners of this breed every since, and can't remember our lives without him. We recently had a child, he has been great. No extra training has been involved, he just knows that the baby took alfa dog status. But any chance he gets, he goes right for the feet! Apparently they taste good. :)
