a day in my life.

First of all I am awakened by a whistle which means my dad wants to take us all to the beach at sun-up. That makes us all hop out of bed, as mommy sleeps in. We find all kinds of things at the beach when nobody is up. This morning there was a big sea lion and me and my brother and sisters barked and yapped at us and it was snapping back. We ended up chasing it into the water. I think we overwhelmed it. That was fun. Then we ran to the house and jumped back in bed with Mommy. We were all dirty, sandy and wet, and she wasnt very happy. Me and Pinter always try to get the prime spot snuggling with Mommy under the covers. I usually win, but he still worms his way in, and then I snap at him before giving in and letting him in our warm cover tent.

I used to sleep in until almost 8, but now at 7 am Pinter is ready to wrestle and barks until Mommy gets up and gives us our "morning treat".
So....Mommy doesnt like being forced out of bed but its good for her.
Me and my family sit on the deck barking at everyone and everything and annoy our neighbors until Mommy or Daddy comes home and we go "To the Beach!!" Then the cycle repeats itself-

I am always looking for things to eat on the beach whether it be kelp or a ferrel kitty poop. I think its because I used to live on the streets with a bum in Oregon and I was always eating anything I could.

Anyways, thats enough for today. I have had so many treats today, my belly is extra round..my mommy loves me the way I am.
