Still Working!

I'm down another 2 and 1/2 pounds! That is about 6 pounds total! I eat my green beans happily now...if mom forgets them, I will let her know. Sometimes Indy gets some too...thanks for reading!

Making progress!

I visited the vet a couple days ago...and I have lost 3 pounds! Mom is very happy with me...I'm on my green bean diet and love it! I know Indy is jealous of my green beans. Bye!

Working Hard...getting a new food!

So i have been working really hard at losing this weight that i have put on. I'm doing pretty well, my mom says she can already see a difference. Now I think she is going to switch me to a new food. She brought home some samples for me to try! They were all really good! I tried Innova and Canidae. They were both great! We will see which one she picks for me. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on the topic!

Surprise from the vet!

So I just visited the vet a couple days ago...and my mom was shocked to learn that I had gained 12 pounds. I was up from 60 to 72! I hadn't really noticed...I have been a little more sleepy lately, but I just thought I was growing up...the vet recommended switching from my large breed food to weight management food! bummer! I love my "big dog" food. So my mom is really set on getting me back in shape. And she had stopped giving me ANY human food. No peanut butter, no cheese, no popcorn. But, she has forgotten one thing...she still gives me ice cubes! Those are human food, right! Haha...don't tell her.

My cousin, Indy says I am beautiful just the way I am, afterall, he is big boned as well. We run around a lot together...so I think we will be fine. Thanks for reading! Ill keep you posted on my progress!
