I'd been wanting a Yorkie but not a really young puppy. Because I have Lupus, the rescues didn't want to adopt to me, sigh. I went to a pet store to look at the puppies and I asked if they had any Yorkies. The lady said, "Only one but he's too big and too old -- no one wants HIM!" Well, I sure did! At 6 months and 9 pounds he was JUST RIGHT for me!!!!!
