Arrival Story:
Jake came into my life in November of 1989 and made a longtime dream come true. As a child I had always wanted a dog that would go everywhere with me.........I got that with Jake.

Bio:
Jake came down with "puppy stangles" at six months of age and nearly died. At the time they told me he may not live a "full life". He has had many medical emergencies since then (thrombocytopenia.....dilated cardiomyopathy, to name a couple) but at nearly 15 he still enjoys life.
