Chasing birds, sitting in the sun, food especially bananas and coffee
Anything that goes by the front of the house. Someone sitting on "her" couch in the bedroom. Her sister getting more attention then her. Getting her nails cut. BATHS!
An old bone that she found as a puppy 17 years ago. Don't have any idea what type of bone, but it has held up over 17 years of being gnawed on.
Bananas, chicken, coffee, ice-cream
Down the street to check her p-mail. On rainy days, the local pet store.
Sadie came into my life shortly after the sudden loss of my very special horse, Te. She was only 8 weeks old, but she saved me from a very serious depression. Face it you just can't be depressed with a little clown in the house. She has been my constant companion and confidant for the last 17+ years. Our adventures have been many and as varied as one dog could want. Old age is creeping up on her now and she doesn't get around as well as she use to. She is enjoying the good life on the softest pillows and choices spots in the house. She and I often sit together and reminisce about "the good 'ol days". But just let a bird think it can come into her backyard and she's off like a shot after them.
Sadie is a native Texan, thus the multiple name. Everyone knows Texan's have more than one name. Oh, and like any kid, when she hears the entire, Sadie Mae Ann Louise, she knows she better pay attention.
It is with a heavy heart that I enter this, Sadie crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Feb 28, 2005.
Run like the wind, Sadie girl! Have a great time until we are together again.
