Happy Summer!

Hello all my dogster Friends! I am going on a trip to Arkansas this week accompanied by my friend/cousin Topper! (he's a black miniature poodle) I am queen of the hotel room and lay on the pillow accepting guests!

Been too long since I've written!

Sorry it has been so long since I have updated Cindy's page. We built and moved into a new house. (!) Cindy loves the new gas fireplace and yard. Hope to get caught up with all her pals soon!

Happy 2007!

Yes, of course I was the subject of all the conversation last night because I was wearing my black dress with the rhinestone belt at my family's New Year's Eve party. Everyone talked about a. how pretty I was b. why people should actually dress a dog c. Why maybe we should commit my mom for dressing me in pearls and a black party dress with a crinoline slip.
When you bring out any of my jewelry I will run to you and put my head down. This was very popular at the party because I think Mom's friends secretly thought that she was making this up......
I especially had a good day today because my Granny came home from the hospital. She has been in there a week. I looked all over the house for her every morning.

Roscoe's story...
Roacoe was found wandering in a golf course. A worker there picked him up and brought him home after a couple of days. He has been with us for a while now, no one has even wanted to see him! We aren't sure why!!! Roscoe is a 2 yr. old Doberman mix, neutered, house-trained, crate-trained, loves other dogs, startles when awakened, so will probably do best in a home without small children or a home with children who are experienced around dogs, good natured and relaxed temperament, likes to sleep in the 'big bed' and loves toys!

My friends bring clothes!

My neighbor Sarah Lambert brought me a happy bunny shirt that says "cute but kinda evil" yesterday. I love it! Love it! I will be especially happy to see her because she brings me clothes!!

I can't catch a football!

As you probably are aware I am the center of attention in my family. I also will never fetch anything preferring my humans to fetch it for me. Yesterday, my human brother Ernest threw a small football at me! Ow! Of course, I don't catch. It just hit me in the head. What a trauma. When will they learn? He forgets I am not a dog.

They also decided to bathe me!!! In the sink! Like dishes! Something about the perfume I found in the yard.

Big Dog Phobia

Mom brought me outside earlier this week and there were TWO large dogs next to our house, Mom screamed and I ran under Dad's truck. Mom couldn't find me and thought they kidnapped me! After much coaxing I finally came out but "whew" Mom never screams like that. I am always inches away from her so we don't know how these guys snuck up on us like that!!So much for calm attitude Mom....

I got some new jewels!

Mom found a "diamond" necklace for me at Target! Also a beautiful fluffy collar. I know that I am pretty! See my picture in my yard on my favorite bench.

Doin' Great

Mom wants everyone to know I am doing much better walking on my foot. I hold it upright when I stand and limp when I go for a walk on pavement. Of c ourse, as I have mentioned before I hardly ever walk! Will try to pose for some more pictures of me in my Easter clothes!
