Arrival Story:
Ginger Ann Swanson - December 19, 1991 to December 6, 2003: She came from our General Counsel's Office... There dog accidently got out and had a litter of 12 dogs... We got Ginger for twenty dollars! Best $20.00 I ever spent! She was my first dog... We really bonded... And I will always love her! My husband tells me that everyone should have at least one dog they bond with --- that is special -- she's it! I still have her ashes in a beauty cherry wood box. I don't have the heart to bury them.. because we plan to move back to Washington State. Maybe there! If not -- don't tell anyone -- but my son has promised to bury her with me when I go! Can you hear the relatives talking about that????

Bio:
Ginger was the best dog in the world! She took care of everyone and totally raised Kodiak and Asyha! We never knew what is was like to house break a dog until after Ginger was gone (Thor and Blackberry). She did it all.... she would decide when they should go out and she took care of everything. Boy did we miss Ginger! We had to spell WALK -- it you didn't she would go totally nuts until you took her for a Walk! I did a 26 mile once -- Out of the Darkness... for suicide prevention.. She helped me prepare for it! They would not let me take her... which would have been fun! But she love to walk.. And, she did not stop to sniff the grass or smell the roses... she walked!
