Arrival Story:
There was a man giving away puppies in the Wal-Mart parking lot and we wanted a dog and they were "free". They were all black or dark grey but we knew the only orange puppy (Ginger) was special and we gave her a forever home. Iwas in tears I was so excited and I felt like the luckiest girl in the world when I held her in my arms for the very first time. Then Ginger threw up in my Grandpa's lap when we were driving her home, but as of today she loves car rides and never gets sick.
Bio:
Ginger is the most stubborn dog. She won't listen to any commands and she went through thousands of dollars of training. The only catch is she will listen to commands as long as they are mine. Ginger follows me up the stairs at night to keep me company while I sleep. I also thinks she is protecting me or something. All I know is that she is my best friend and her and I have a special bond. She is so incredibly cute and loving. Ginger is so terrified of thunderstorms that the vet had to give us tranquilizers. She lays on top us pacing and shaking if we don't give them to her. It is hard giving her tranquilizers because she is so miserable and falls down the stairs but it helps her relax. Ginger is really crazy one time she ate a whole frozen chicken off the counter! She is a big lovie. Wouldn't trade her for the world.

There is something about you that is so magical. When I talk to you I feel like you're listening and you really care. When I look in your eyes it is so soothing to know how much you love me. You come to sleep with me every night and you only will listen to my commands. Do you just love me alot or is it fait we were brought together. All I know is how wonderful it is to have a friend like you.

Today Mommy took me out shopping! I got to go for a ride in the car with the wind blowing on my face. Then when I got out I found myself in the magical world of Petsmart. Mom was looking at fish and then I got to go in the doggy food aisle. I found a ripped bag and made it my snack. After that I stuck my head in between two fish tanks and watched people. When we were done in there grand mommy went into Micheals and Mommy and I sat on a bench outside the store and enjoyed eachothers' company. When we went home Lola Belle was jealous but I just smiled.
