 Birthday: September 9th 2005
Likes: Playing with other dogs! Digging holes in the garden, licking Bolo's ears and biting my socks when my feet are in them

Pet-Peeves: Vacuum, picking him up (or at least trying to), the vet, riding in a car

Favorite Toy: Anything. But mostly DIGGING!, small rocks/peebles, DIGGING! (he has been known to fall in the same holes he was digging earlier), and old socks. Playing with Bolo and chasing cats off our garden is also great!

Favorite Food: Burgers, carrots and any food that's not his

Favorite Walk: Anywhere as long as there are other dogs to play with! He LOVES to play with other dogs so much!

Best Tricks: Sit, stay, come. His best trick though is to look cute and happy!

Arrival Story: In the first week of December we found Babis lying in the corner of our street. He had been -literaly- run over by a car and both his hind legs were completely crushed. We took him to our local vet and he said that the dog was in imediate need of surgery. He had four operations. Four joints were smashed and his left hip was moved. He was full of metal sheets and screws. He had a bad reaction to the second surgery and had a third one to fix that problem. He can now walk perfectly with his right hind leg but his left is still a bit damaged but in all propability his problem will subside in time. He is really brave and recovers so fast even the doctors could not believe it. They said that almost 60% of animals with his kind of injuries would end up having one or even both their legs removed. He made everything look so simple! He has become best friends with our older dog Bolo and together they're kings of our yard! During the first week of his stay with us we put up some ads for adoption but we realised quickly that we loved him too much to see him go. When he was through with the surgeries, he went to the trainer and returned all wise and knowing. He's a real gentleman now ;)

Bio: He's the happiest dog I've known! He's always smiling, plays all the time and is very very friendly to everyone! He gets so excited sometimes that he acts all crazy, running around with his tongue almost reaching the ground... SOOOO CUTE!

Forums Motto: Happy! Hyper! Happy!

Favourite sleep position: On his back
Favourite hobby: Destroying our only rose bush
He wants to thank: All four of his doctors for beeing so good with him and doing an excellent job
Favourite nap spot: He's not very interested in being close to us, he rather enjoys his peace and quiet. So he sleeps two or three rooms away so we don't bother him much. After all, he's running around all day being all hyper! A dog deserves his rest!
How you can tell he's excited: He goes round and round and round himself like he's chasing his tail. I really think he'll fall down sometime!
Notable feature: His tongue. Its really big and long. When he's running it slides out and to the side of his face...
