Arrival Story:
When I went to the Chatham Co. Shelter, I didn't expect to pick up a dog, but this one and I picked each other out. The shelter said it was a female, and I was going to use the name Trudy (from "When Brendan Met Trudy"), but we soon discovered he was male, and my friend Sara suggested Truman as the name. It stuck, and I think he's grown into it.
From Mom: I got a double deal with our new marriage: a husband and the best puppy ever! I'm the fun parent, I like to say. I get him all riled up and hyper and howling right before bedtime. Sometimes Daddy doesn't like that too much.
Bio:
From the colorings, he's obviously an Austrialian. I'm sure he's part terrier, but I don't know what kind. I say Jack Russell just because he always has trouble with that breed, I imagine they're jealous of how well he's turned out mixing with the Australian.
