Dr. China!

I am sorry that I am so late writing about this - my Mommy and Daddy hog the computers...

So, on Howl-o-ween Mommy and Daddy took me to be in a big parade! My sister stayed home cause she is scared of crowds. That big baby! I don't like other dogs in my face, but if I get to walk and walk and walk then I am happy!

Mommy sewed a costume just for me. She dressed me up as a veterinarian and she was my assistant. (Mommy says you can see pictures of us here and here.)

The parade was fun, though they made us wait a long time before we could join it. There was lots to smell along the parade route. Joe the beagle kept eating all the candy that had dropped on the street. I think I embarrassed my parents at one point... How was I supposed to know I shouldn't roll around in horse poop?! They weren't mad though cause Mommy was able to brush it off my costume.

All the little kids loved my costume and I heard them say "Dr. China!" as I walked by!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today is my birthday! I am now 4-years-old. Mommy baked me a cake, but I haven't had any yet because we are waiting for Daddy to come home first. It smells really good - like bananas and peanut butter. Mommy let me lick the frosting spoon. Sooo good! She tried to take pictures of the cake in front of me but I thought that meant I could have some. I got the H and part of the A before she put it back up on the counter. Daddy needs to hurry home so we can eat it! I have to share it with my stinky little sister, India. She gets upset if I get something and she doesn't. I think she is just jealous of me because I am so cool.
