Favorite Toy:
It's taken Molly nearly 4 years, but she is finally discovering the joys of playing. She enjoys shredding paper and has recently become a big fan of rope toys.

Favorite Food:
pizza crust and gum drops

Favorite Walk:
anywhere, she just loves to walk, but she especially loves the snow

Best Tricks:
She can high five whenever the Red Sox hit a home run :) Also, this very dainty beagle with a most regal bearing has tail whacking, jowl flapping, snoring and snorting dreams. It's quite the floor show.

Arrival Story:
Molly was part of a hunting pack that came to a rescue group after their owner passed away. Molly was lucky enough to be fostered on a gorgeous island in Maine with a wonderful couple who really helped bring her out of her shell. Because Molly is a rescue dog and we don't know when her birthday is, we celebrate her "gotcha day" (the anniversary of her adoption) on August 21st each year.

Bio:
Molly was our first rescue beagle and went gone on to do numerous home visits with us for prospective adopters . Her sweet, gentle nature made her a great ambassador for her breed. Maggie & Molly were interviewed in mid-March for a piece about Dogster that appeared on our local ABC affiliate WMUR TV. The piece aired in early April and it was adorable and we're _still_ getting positive comments about it.

A very nice lady and a an equally nice man with a funny black box that lights up came to our house last night. The lady....who is usually in the talking box the humans call teevee....asked one of my humans a bunch of questions about Maggie & I and why my lady human likes Dogster so much. The nice lady also patted Maggie & I a whole bunch too .

It turns out that the black box that lights up is some kind of camera and the man wanted pictures of us playing. Maggie ...who has no pride whatsoever....was only too happy to oblige by playing with a tennis ball and a rope toy. I decided to keep my dignity and just kept tapping my lady human to demand the attention I so richly deserve. However, after everyone left, I couldn't help myself and started tossing the rope toy in the air. A girl's just gotta have fun sometimes.

Maggie & I want to thank everyone who have sent messages of sympathy to us and our humans because our brother Skip went to the Rainbow Bridge. We do miss him a bunch, but it's good that he's not hurting anymore.
