She is my older sisters (Candice's) dog. Her and her boy friend at the time had bought Dutchess when she was a puppy. After a while my sisters boyfriends mother became alerigic to the dog so they were thinking about giving her away. My sister loved Dutchess so much she could'nt give her away so she brought her home with us.
