 Quick Bio:
Likes: He adores having his ears massaged.

Pet-Peeves: He is wary of strangers in our house, mostly women.

Favorite Toy: Anything that Logan already has.

Favorite Food: Surprisingly, he loves oranges.

Favorite Walk: The Dog Run in South Park, PA, or walking down Main St. with his dad.

Best Tricks: Louie's best trick is "sit" at this point.

Arrival Story: I worked at the animal shelter that he was surrundered to. Because of his deafness, the manager said that could not be adopted to the general public. We contacted Boxer Rescue, but couldn't get anyone to take him for almost 2 months. Finally found someone from NJ to take him, but they kept telling us that they would be there this weekend or that weekend, but never showed up. On a Thursday, my manager finally told me that I have the weekend to get him out of there or he would be euthanized on Monday. I called my fiance and told him that I was considering bringing a dog home, and that I needed him to talk me out of it. He started listing all kinds of valid reasons as to why another dog would not be the best thing for our family, then he stopped himself and asked which dog was I talking about. When I told him that it was the deaf white Boxer, he simply said, "Bring him home."

Bio: Louie is a bit stubborn, as Boxers can be. He understands that I don't expect him to do as I say if I know he didn't see me give the signal. He will intentionally look away from me if he doesn't want to do as I say.

Forums Motto: Louie the Swirly Artist.

It's been awhile since my last entry about the awful, unpredictable turtles. I know mom seems to trust them, and even enjoys them. They have her so fooled! She handfeds them...I can't bear to watch!
Yesterday, she took Caelyn to work with her. I tried to tell my sister to keep a sharp eye out for the turtles, but she's deaf, so she didn't listen to me. She came home all wiggles and giggles, like she had a GREAT DAY! MOM! It's not fair that you took Caelyn and not me! Waaaa!
Maybe next time, the turtles will get her! (Caelyn, I mean, not mom!) Then mom will take me.

Mom made me go to work with her again. I didn't know I was going to work until we got there, because I fell asleep in the truck. I woke up when the truck stopped, and saw that I was at work again. Mom says it's good for me to meet lots of new people...yeah, but there are...there are...TURTLES there! They are gonna get me, I tell ya!
I know they are plotting against me. Everytime I walk into the office, they slide underwater. I know it is because they don't want me to know what they are up to. I know they are planning something...something bad...real bad. I just don't know what, or how to stop them......

Mom took me to work again...this is the second time. Things went really well until I remembered the turtles in the pond in the office. Now you might think that being afraid of turtles is unreasonable for a tough guy like me, but let me tell you...those turtles are killers! They think they have everyone fooled, moving so slowly like they couldn't hurt anyone, even if they wanted to, but they can't trick me...I know they have the reflexes of a ninja, and they are just waiting for the wrong person to get too close...Well, let me tell you, boys and girls, it won't be me!
