Arrival Story: When we had to have Shadow of Ivy Lane put to sleep, February 17,2006, we saw an ad in the classified about 8 Cocker Spainel puppies for sale from a couple who bred Cocker Spaniels for 12 year. I was picked up from my volunteer job for a dog rescue. My parents and sister were all in the car. It is usually my Mom who picks me up, so I knew something was up. We traveled for two hours to where the breeders live. We saw all the puppies. There were a total of 12, some were already sold and they were two diferent litters, from a mom and her daughter. We picked up a buff male Cocker Spaniel puppy, from the daughter's litter. His grandma had a litter a week after he was born. Anyway, we held some of the puppies, even some that were the same color as Shadow, but getting another black one, after Shadow died would be to hard on us, so we picked out a buff male who licked all of us on our faces.
Bio: Tucker is was the humans decided to name me after going through many names, when they finally picked the name Tucker, my human sister decided to put me on Dogster, 6 days before they picked me up. I have some white on my muzzle, chest, stomach and paws. I have freckles on the white part of my muzzle and paws. I have a few black highlights, because my mom is black .My pads on my front paws are black and pink.

I've Been On Dogster Since:
The normal high here in November is 48 degrees. It's been in the 50's and low 60's so far. I guess El Nino is showing up. Weathermen predict a warm winter. I hope we do get some snow though, because I love playing in it.
On Monday, I have to get my teeth cleaned. It will be my first time. Hope it all goes well. My human sister is kind of nervous, because it's a new vet that is going to do the teeth cleaning. Tucker
Did the sn go on strike? It's been cloudy and rainy the past few days. The only time I saw it this week was Wednesday. I think it will show up tomorrow and Sunday I hope. I don't go on walks when it's cloudy and rainy so the day gets boring.
