I found Carmen at a rescue called Beagles&Buddies, in El Monte.,.a not very nice part of town..she needed extensive dental work..and lots and lots of love...now she is so grateful and happy

We call carmen a 'chippo',, which is a mix between a chiwowoie and a hippo..looking at her body, that makes sense..she is a darling old girl, and loves to sit on laps
