New mother

Yup, that's me alright. I'm a proud mother of eight: two males and six females with one stillborn male puppy, may his immortal soul find peace in heaven. However, the ones that are alive are very lovely and there's a picture of them all sleeping in a bunch on my page right now! Mum said she doesn't want to take anymore of them just yet until they're older, which I like, 'cause it'd stress me and the pups out. Mum said she's gonna keep a boy and a girl, but I'll be able to see my other puppies often since they're going to trusted friends and professors. So yes, I am very tired and not feeling up to writing any more.

Pregnancy...

It's murder, I tell you! Of course...Braveheart gets scolded for bugging me now. Downsides of it all: I can't run as fast, I look like a balloon, I can't ride on any of the horses currently, and I actually lost a fight to Ai. Ech...God help me... My pet says only a little while longer, but I don't know how accurate she is, as it doesn't feel like this litter wants to come anytime soon. The vet said hopefully by the end of April, maybe early on in May that I'll have the puppies, but who knows? Humans are so wonker.

Blizz is being a bloody cretin, and even growled at Casanova when his pet brought him to the vet's with us. My pet's mate Seth scolded him and told him to be nice and he behaved a little- all of us hate to be scolded by Seth, as it's a rare thing.

Anyways, woe is me in my bloated state. These puppies better come soon and be worthwhile!

My pet just told me something...odd. Okay, apparently she's been looking for a boy for me of some sort, and apparently she found one. I've met him, and he's okay- his name's Casanova: go figure, his name that of a heart breaker and mine that of a temptress...that's funny to me- and he's six, a year younger than I. Even still, he's very sweet and we hit it off pretty well. I overheard my pet telling her mate that once my paws got better and I went into heat again, we'd breed. Now, I don't know how I feel exactly about this, but it would be interesting, I suppose: I don't think my own pups would be as obnoxious as Braveheart and Ai are, seeing as both parents- myself and Casanova- are pretty calm, regal, and mature dogs. If they do turn out to be annoying, I'll deal with it, though I don't think my pet will keep all of them! Naturally, as a first mother, I don't know how I'll feel about that, but only time will tell. After all, it'll take a while for my paws to heal. Blizz was informed and he's laughing at me through the crate...such a demon.

Introduction

Hey, the name's Jezzabella, and it'd be wise for you not to forget it, as I'm going to be famous one day! Hah...okay, so maybe not, as I'm already seven and in my mid-life, woe is me, but I think I'll live long enough to see my pet (Rikka) graduate from that college of hers and perhaps I'll make a few rounds herding up cattle I don't know for a change, God willing.

Anyhow, I'm seven, as I said, but so is Blizz, my best bloke in the world. No, we're not mates of sorts, as we're both sterile by operation, so phewy on those who thought we were, but we are great companions. There's rarely a moment when we're not together and if we do have to be separated its when one of us in injured, ill, or in a huge temper, which I often am- the latter, that is.

At the moment, I'm sitting in my crate with bandages paws- some idiot left broken glass from a pack of beer in the street and Blizz and I got pawfuls of it on our walk with our pets (Rikka and her mate Seth). It hurts terribly, but Rikka says I'll be fine soon as long as I don't walk on my paws or bite at the bandages, though I do terribly want to do so. After all, as a big working dog, I'm supposed to be up and about, and this will add fat to my physique- weight watchers here I come!

Now, about my other companions- the two brats, Ai and Braveheart. Ai wasn't that bad when he was little, but now he's older and has all of these hormones. For once, he's been fighting back against Braveheart, not that I mind. Braveheart's the one that really gets on my nerves- he deliberately took MY bone and chewed on it infront of my kennel last night! The nerve of that boy! Ugh... Oh well, he's nice to my pets so I suppose he's alright- he can hunt to, so he's not completely worthless. (Don't tell my pets I said that).

Anyhow, I'll had more later I suppose, perhaps when I'm not in such a cross mood.
