Charming Grandma (or is it Great-Grandma?)

My mom took me to see her Grandma, "Mama Dot," this weekend. Mama Dot likes to pretend that she hates all animals, including the cat she feeds, lets sleep in her house, and takes to the vet. Mom says we humor her and pretend to believe her hatred. A surprising thing happened though, she didn't even pretend to not like me. She was laughing at the weird things I do and even played fetch with me. She wanted me to get in her lap, but I wasn't quite ready for that yet. Mom seemed very stunned, but I don't see why, she should know I can charm anyone.

Missing Jenkins

Not long ago my mom took me to visit my cousin Jenkins. She said something about visiting her sister, but I know we only took the trip for my benefit. I had such a great time stealing Jenkins' bones and toys, and taunting him from the couch (which he is not allowed on.) When I am there I rule the house. Then we had to come home and resume my daily ritual of being smacked around by Simon. At night I dream of Jenkins' house.

My Arch Nemesis

My mom is a nice lady, so she bought me a bed to have in the living room. I like to chew on and store my multitude of bones in it. Well, this morning I go to get in my bed and that thing SIMON is in it. And if it weren't bad enough he was lying on top of all my bones!!! He was taking away everything I loved. My mom was nice enough to reach her hand under him and gather my bones. I really hate that cat.

Yes, Sir Simon

My mom and I play fetch every day. She throws my favorite toy duck and I bring it back to her over and over. Well today her cat Simon kept getting in between me and my duck. I don't dare go near Simon because everytime I do, I get hit in the face with a 3 toe cat paw. Now I know that I must live by the rules of Simon; fetch is over when Simon says so.
