Mom remembered! She said she had to because it was a big day for me. It was exactly one year ago today that I had my back surgery. I celebrate today and I wanted to remember to say thanks to all our friends who were there for me. I made some new friends from this experience so there's at least a positive for ya.

I'm not 100% but I'm pretty darn close. You gotta really look closely to see any deficits. My legs sway just a bit and my right leg is just a touch slower, but if you didn't look for it, you wouldn't know.

I'm thinking of Dr. Gainsburg aka Dr. Chicken Strippy and his awesome staff who took care of me. I couldn't walk a year ago and now look at me!

Trudy is doing well. Mom is always watching us with a close eye, but we really are doing well. Thanks y'all!

thank you Scooter for the power of the paw. I too have had problems wiff my spine. I had a bulging disc and had to have surgery. It was two years ago in February 2010. The dr said there was another slight one at the end of my spine and I have to be very careful. Before mom jumps on the surgery we are doing a round of 'roids, pain and relaxers. I'm walking better and hopefully this is all I will need. I have an appt on Monday for a re evaluation. Thank you for caring!
