New Brother!

Well, Mom went and did it - she got another doggie! I now have a brother. His name is Diego and he's a chihuaha. Mom says he's a "rescue", but I'm not sure what that means. All I know is that he needed a home and now he has one. He can be annoying sometimes, but it's nice to have another pup in the house!!

Greetings from the South!!

Well, we have finally arrived in Florida. Babcia says this is our new home. So far, I really like it! We have a screened in patio and fenced yard, so I don't have to wear my leash all of the time. Since the patio is screened in, Misha can sit outside with me!! I miss my friends and family though. I saw this thing that was crawling around on the patio and Babcia says it was a salamander. Wow, it was fast!! I tried to catch it, but just couldn't get it!! I'm going to go to sleep now. All of that outdoors really wears me out!!

Boxes Everywhere!

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen so many boxes!! We have tons of them in the house. Babcia says it's because we're moving to Florida. I hope we're going with her!! She says we are and that it'll be a really long car ride. Great!! I love car rides!! Misha doesn't. She cries a lot and doesn't like the car. Maybe she'll be okay. Miss Dogster Pageant

Wow, my babcia just checked online and found out that I won the Northcentral Region in the Miss Dogster pageant that Emma is having!! I can't believe that I won!! It's so exciting!! I can't wait for the second round!! Wish me luck and good luck to all of the other contestants!!

My Summer So Far!

Hi Everyone!

Sorry it's been a while since I've written, but with my Mommy home from college, I don't get to the computer too often! I love having her home, but she's a computer hog!!!

It's hot here today, almost 90. I guess I'd better get used to is. My babcia tells me we're going to move to Florida in a few months! I don't like getting baths, so I don't think I'm going to like the ocean!! My Mommy is excited about moving, but her brother isn't sure about it. He's 20 and graduates college this summer. I'd love it if he came with us. He plays with me when Mommy's not here!!

Oh well, not much else to write. I hope all of the human daddies and furdaddies had a great Father's Day!!

Spring is Here!!

I am so glad that Spring is finally here!! I love walking down to the pond to see the ducks and chase them into the water. Now that it doesn't get dark so early, my babcia and I take long walks. She says I keep her in shape!! My Mommy is going to be home from college next week for the ENTIRE SUMMER!! Boy do I miss her!!

Babcia says we're going for a ride tomorrow. My Dogmother (godmother) had eye surgery and is home now, so we're going to go visit her to cheer her up! She always has lots of kisses and treats for me!!

Mommy's Home!!!

My Mommy came home from college and has been home all week. I sure did miss her!! The first night she came home, I didn't know who to go to first - Mommy or my babcia to thank her for bringing Mommy home!! It's been a nice visit and I've gotten to bug Mommy all week! She said that she misses me, but doesn't miss my begging for food!! Imagine that, she said that she eats in peace while she's at school! Must be lonely! She goes back to school on Sunday, but I'm not sure I understand that yet. It'll be weird not having Mommy home all of the time. I'll have Misha and my babcia so I won' get too lonely without her!!

Too Much White Stuff!!

This past weekend, February 11th, we got 12 inches of snow in Baltimore, MD. We had snow last year (my very first winter), but only a few inches. On Saturday, it snowed ALL day and I couldn't go outside. It even thundered! Whoever heard of thunder during a snow storm!! When it was all over on Sunday morning, there was 12 inches of snow on the ground. On Sunday when the snow stopped, my babcia put my coat on and FINALLY took me outside (my mommy is away at college). The snow was so deep that when I walked outside, I sunk all the way to the bottom. The snow was WAY OVER MY HEAD!!! Luckily, I can jump really high! After that, I made my babcia carry me because I decided I really don't like snow after all!!
