plus one week

Today is one week after my surgery. I feel sooooo much better today! I cannot wait to get back to my normal self so I can walk with my sister every day.

ACL surgery

It has be just about a week since I had a second ACL surgery. The last one was late last year and one line broke and the other stretched. So here I am again being waited on by my mom. This time she is walking around with a funny boot on her foot since she had surgery too. We both get our stitches out on this coming Friday.
Between us we have four good legs!

Help find Blue

Therapy anyone?

I just became a therapy dog last night. Now I know that I have always been therapy for my mom, but not it is offical. We can visit all sorts of neat places and make people happy. I will be sure to give them my traditional WOOOOOO when I meet them.

Christmas party fun

Last night was our dog club holiday party. What a Howling good time we had. We had bobing for hot dogs, of which I am the master! I hold my breath and get all the hot dogs at the bottom at one time. I even beat the water dog breeds! Next we had to recall through a mine field of hot dogs. (Seems like some sort of theme going on here). My mom thought I would pick up every tidbit that was on the floor but I ran right to her and she gave me treats. I did not have to bend over to pick anything up.
Can't wait till the next party.

The groomer

Mom took me to this foo foo she she place called Le Doggie Devine. It was the first time I got a bath outside my own house. They used great smelling stuff and mom could not keep her hands and nose off me!
I got to play with other dogs there although there wasn't much room to run around.
I guess I might go back. I did leave alot of hair there so they may not be too excited about having me there again. I behaved myself and they gave me treats and toys!
My friend Gus told me about the place but he gets a little scared to go. He tells me he does not like his nails done. Maybe that is just a guy thing!

Huge dogs!

Wow, what a game. All those dogs running around for hours! I need a nap just thinking about them. And the size of that Parsons Terrier, I hope I don't have nightmares about him.

Puppy Bowl half time

Here I am waiting to see the commercials and half time entertainment. There is so much fumbling going on now that I need to take a break and get something out of the fridge.

What is this tennis ball thing?

When we play at dog park, all the black and yellow dogs seem to like to chase tennis balls. Now my sister thinks it is great fun and is playing with mom in "retrieving" the ball.
I have to join in to run after it but I still do not get what all the fuss is over. Its a furry green ball. Now if it smelled good or ran on its own, that might be fun but it just rolls!
I am having more fun trying to play keep away from Kodak. Now that is fun!

Hiding

I have taken to hiding under things. Sometimes next to things. Anything that will keep my evil sister away from me. She is entering her terrible twos and believe me it ain't pretty.
She hangs on to my tail and plays crack the whip. She takes my fur collar and shakes it. She gets told off by my mom and I like that. I know I could say something to her but it is more fun to see her scolded my mom.
I think I will go stick my head next to the toilet. Its cool and she cannot seem to find me there.
