Arrival Story:
Riley was abandoned at doggy daycare/boarding for weeks/months on end... when the company called the owner and informed her that she couldn't just desert Riley and leave him there.... the owner came in, picked him up and immediately dumped him off at the Atlanta Humane Society. My roommate's sister works at the doggy daycare and was heart broken over Riley's fate - so she went to the Humane Society and adopted him.... with the full intention of finding him a new home, because we already have a house-full (7 dogs and a cat).... that was 2 months ago. We fell in love with the big guy immediately... Riley and I have especially bonded (he sleeps with me - and watches tv in my lap - all 70 pounds of him).
