I broke a toenail this weekend. Now I have to have a toenail SURGERY tomorrow! A little running that got a bit out of hand, and boom, it's goin' to the vet. Sigh... I better get some good treats as I recoup... pity nummies or something.

Finally back home! I was at my human Grandparent's house for 10 days on "vacation". This is my friend Penny's house. She still is in the process of learning how to play - but I'm trying REALLY hard to teach her. It was kind of neat - they have this lady who walks by & she brought me a bone every single day - and then she leaves some envelopes & papers for my Grandparents, I think they call it "male", but I'm a male, too, so I don't quite get it. Since I've been home I've been training for my running again, sometimes Mommy runs with me & sometimes she rolls on Rollerblades. When she's on wheels, I do all the work! Well, off to play!!

Good day today... have my friend Penny, a Golden Retriever, staying with me. She doesn't really know how to play with dogs, but I'm trying hard to teach her. We cuddled in her Pet Porter when the door was open... pretty funny for us BOTH to be in there!! My Mom laughed when she saw us. She's here another week, as her Mom & Dad are in Florida, so hopefully I can teach her to play before she leaves.
