Arrival Story:
We got Frosty when she was just 8 years old Sept. "97 just after our last dog passed away (buddy an Englishbull) my sisters friend needed a place for frosty to stay till she found a new apt. that would allow dogs, this was a temp. home but with time it became perminate. Frosty was always around woman and didnt take to men. Untill she lived with us so she became ok with the guys at first untill I showered her with love and respect that she turned and wanted nothing to with women. Kinda funny if you think about it. Well she had the respect for women , not like she barked at em (we'll not all the time) like she did with the guys when she first meet us but spent more time with my father and me.

Bio:
Since Frosty came late into our family life I have no information about puppyhood and upto 8yrs. Frosty was a good little dog she did some tricks, like twirl and flip for treets and got all excited when you said the word "walkies" . We never had this kind of dog, it was allways the english bulldog, and never this hairy. So we had to get use to the hair (lots of white hair that stood out when it was sheeding time). She was playful she only had one toy but loved it. Then Dec 97 rolled around and we found another English bull he was 2 (not confirmed) but had to have him, we missed having a bulldog. So dec 7 ,97 we got Max. They became pretty good friends untill Max got a hold of frostys only toy. Not good lets say but things worked out. Over the years Frosty and Max went to wisconsin to the farm had plenty of good times. Then one day in 97 we found lumps on Frosty belly and had them checked, turned out to be cancer. Well we desided to remove the tissue and was told by the vet she may only have 6 or less months to live. Now here is a dog that was hit by a car twice, had to leave her past guarding, now has cancer and we r going to loose her. Well good things came the tissue was removed and didnt come back and lived another 8 yrs. I made the joke when we first got Max that Frosty will out live Max. Well It came true sadly. Max died Oct 12, 2002 just when we were moving away from our home of 32 years, he was the last bulldog we owned at that address. Frosty died of kidney failer Dec. 26, 2005 She was 16 just short of her 17th year. She will always will be remembered. I miss you Frosty and this will be my dedacation to you, for one year ago I joined this website to anounce a new pet Dutch and 1 year later I remember how you became a part of the family and filled a void when we lost Buddy. A temporary pet you were suppost to be and now perminate in our soles! Forever finding your hair.
