No more pain...

My beautiful Minnie Moo passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2007.

Thursday morning, I woke up to a phone call from my mom about my dog... mom took Minnie to the vet and she had a bad infection in her uterus and had to be spayed. I was so sad, Minnie would have had such wonderful puppies this fall. She had such a great temperment and she was so well behaved, but if she hadn't gotten spayed, then she could have died. I couldn't wait to wake up Friday morning and go pick her up, I missed my Minner Moo.

Thursday night, the vet called and told me that the evening person stopped in to check on the kennel and saw a lot of blood in Minnie's cage and called the vet... they opened her back up to find out where all the blood was coming from, but she checked every stitch with no avail. Minnie couldn't hold on any longer.

She was so beautiful, smart, nice, funny, and she was my baby. I am so greatful to have had such a great companion in my life for the last two and a half years.

Boyfriend...

I need to find a boyfriend... I am looking for a mantle or black dane so that I can have puppies.

Betsy (my owner) bought me some new toys for my Valentine's Day gifts, two of which I have already started to demolish... and the cats didn't get anything! Haha! I hope you all had a GREAT Valentine's Day!

Furry Friends

Hey everyone, I'm looking to find some friends here, I have two lab mix male friends, one chocolate lab female friend, and my aunt Maggie (but Maggie is too little for me to play with), and I have yet to find some dane friends that will play with me. So far, all the danes I have met don't like me very much, but that is their problem, not mine! Plus the three cats I live with aren't very fun.
