Arrival Story:
April was given to my daughter (who is now also deceased) by her friend's dad. He raised Brittanys because he was a hunter himself. She was there when a couple of litters were born & she always wanted 1 of the pups. Finally, she got one! She (April) would turn around & around, again & again before she would lay down so they were afraid she might be deaf or blind but turns out she was niether, she just did that all her life! She was a great hunter,too, althought she was never taken, she would catch birds in the backyard!

Bio:
April was a beautiful,sweet dog & she was loved very much. She was only about 3 years old when my daughter passed away so she was very precious to me. She lived another 10 years & then she also passed away from cancer. I'm sure that now they are having a blast together!

Dear April,
Dear girl, you were such a wonderful little wiggle butt, I really miss you & think of you every day. I know that you are with your first human mom, my daughter Kristy now. I can't wait for the day that I can be with both of you again. Honey & Jack both missed you for a long time & Honey has never forgot the day you saved her life when she got caught under the fence in the terrible summer heat! You're a great dog & missed very much by all of us! Kiss your mommy for me & kisses & hugs to you, be happy! See you soon,
