Arrival Story:
Saw an ad in the paper for Dobie pups. He was one of two left. He seemed to be the most active of the two, so we took him. We didn't find out until he was about 6 months old how poor breeding can cause all kinds of health issues.

Bio:
Dever was diagnosed with Demodectic mange at 6 months and with a blood clotting disorder. Unfortuntely, he never outgrew the Demodex, so it's an on-going battle. It's under control, but flairs up a couple of times a year. He was also diagnosed with kidney failure about 3 years ago. He's doing great, though. He's the most lovable dog I've ever had!
