Arrival Story:
Shania was taken to the vet at 7 months old to be put to sleep because her owners didn't want to deal with her health problems (Demodectic Mange). Thankfully, the vet is a wonderful person. He took their money and instead of putting her to sleep, he used that towards her treatment. Because we have a dog that has the same issues, he asked if we would foster her while he cared for her. Well, that was a long time ago and she's still with us!

Bio:
When Shania arrived at the vet she had very large sores all over her body. Dr. Leahy had to shave most of her hair off to treat them. After many weeks of baths and lots of love, she's now very health!
