Back to the shelter

My foster mom had to return me to the shelter and I was so sad. She came to visit me the next day and I cried when she had to leave. I know it made her feel bad and I didn't mean to, but I just miss her so much. I learned to love her alot while I was staying with her, and I wish that it wasn't just until my puppies were old enough to be put up for adoption. When she got home she talked to her mom about how sad I was. She even told her how when she first walked up to the cage I didn't move and act like I was happy to see a person there. Now they're afraid I might not get adopted because I don't act excited to see people. My foster mom and her mom have decided that they can't stand that something called getting put to sleep might happen to me, so they called the shelter and told them that they would adopt me if no one else would. I hope I get to come back and have my foster mommy as a forever mommy because I know how much she loves me.

First night

Wednesday Feb 8th

I came to my foster mommy's house. She stopped on the way home to buy me a comfortable bed big enough for me to have my puppies in. It was just my luck to go into labor my first night there. She was wonderful though. She sat beside my bed and talked to me the whole time, even though she had to get up very early the next morning for school. After I had all my puppies she gave me some food and we went to sleep. I stay in her bedroom with my puppies where it's warmest and quietest. Only one other dog gets to come in here and that's my foster brother Vader. I don't mind him much because he's just a baby himself. My new foster mommy is hoping that I'll have a new home waiting for me and won't have to stay at the shelter anymore when her time with me is over. I sure hope I get a new mom or dad as nice as she is. She's even taken me for several short walks (she knows I don't like to be away from my babies too long). Remember when you start to look for a new friend, shelters are full of sweet doggies like me who only want someone to love, and kitties too! Most of us aren't bad, although we may not have been what our other owners were expecting. Please think about giving us a chance to be loved, and to give you love.
