Anniversabry!!!

So this weekend is what is called my mom and dad's anniversabry! We are pretty pugcited about it in our house. Our mom and dad have been together for five yers and married for four...this is the first time since they've been married that they've been able to spend their anniversary together...usually one or the other has been out of town for work; so we're berrry pugicted in our house..because mom and dad said they'd be spending their time wif us this weekend. It's fall out side and we're going for some walks and thier going to hang out wif us and get coffee a the cafe so we can go and be outside too!

We are making them a gift to give them...our lub!!! We think that our lub is the greatest gifted of all!!

Today it's my birfday...happy birfday to me!!!

I am so pugcited today as it is my 14th birfday. I cannot believe that I am 14 already..it seems that time flies when you're having fun and loving your family and friends.

I cannot thank all my Dogster Pals enough for making my birfday special. It was a hard birfday for my mom and dad though as they seem to think that I am OLD!!! I am not OLD...I am just wiser and more mature than many...but nonetheless I cannot thank you all enough for your love and well wishes...it made my mom and dad's day to know that you all care so much!!!

4. One time me and the cat (Molly) got into the pantry and opened a jar of peanut butter and ate some; mom and dad to this day have no idea how we did this!

I GOT A BIG BIG LOVE

So I was sitting at the puter' thinking about Miss Ascii and Miss Winnie, and i have been in a gentlemanly quandry in regards to whom I should date and for that matter who would have me... so I've decided that I would in my quiet and woogly, napalicious, snackalicious way like to see both Miss Winnie and Miss Ascii. I will hope that they will take my paw in dating and we'll see what sort of fun trouble we can all get into! Like napping, eating, singing, more napping, cuddling, wooby playing...all the usual suspects! I am hoping that they are amendable to this Big Big Love and I guess we'll see as the pug turns!

What's a Pugger to Do?

I have no idea what I should do? I am in lub with two girlie puggies for sure and have no clue what to do? I am a gentlemanly pug who has lots of lub to go around for sure as I have a very large heart and I love to share my lub with everypuggy who is near me..I lub to take naps, cuddle, give lots of kisses, and I even have a "woobie" who I sleep with (i.e. teddy bear) who I love to cuddle with too! I even lub my goofball sister Tulley Belle, although her antics exhaust me most days, but I Lub Her!

And for Valentine's Day I want to say that I Lub Everypuggy here at For the Love of Pug! HAPPY VALETINE'S DAY!!!!!

VROOM VROOM!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everypuggy,

So today was my 13th birfday! I can hardly believe that I am a teenager today, but lots of people have been making a big deal of it, and I have gotten some great rosettes and pmails from all my pals at Dogster!

I cannot thank you enough, some days I do feel a bit older and don't play with Lula or my toys as much as I used to, and sleep a bit more than I used to, but mommy and daddy say that's okay, that I have earned the napping and snoring...I think so, but I do miss playing and running.

I used to be outside with mom and dad a lot, but my age and arthritis and a degenerative back problem have made it rougher for me to be outside and take my daily walks...we used to like to walk by the river, but it was getting too long for me and wearing me out, so mom or dad would have to carry me home....but then....then...it was my birfday and you know what I am going to get? ???? A CAR!!!!!! Granmom and Granpop have decided to get me some wheels so I can ride about town...they say I can teach Lula to drive too! I am so pugcited...it is being shipped to where I live and I will be in business...we can walk and then when I am tired I can drive!!!! I AM SO PUGCITED!!! Did I say that already? Hmmmm?

I wanted to thank all my friends today on Dogster who gave me Rosettes, bones, pmails, and well wishes, it was very special and made mom and dad get watery eyes that so many care about me! I am so grateful and so honored that you all would send me so many wishes! Thank You!!!!!

I am off to enjoy dreaming about my vroom vroom now...

"Summers around the Corner"

I am so pugcited, summer is almost around the corner and I love the sunshine in the morning on my daily constitutionals around the neighborhood to say hello to all my friends in the neighborhood! I love where we live because people recognize us, and it is wonderful to have such great friends!

This morning we got up and we were going to have french toads for breakfast but ended up with scrambleys which is just as wonderful to me!

My sister Lula has been trying to be a "bad" dog and has tried to get me to do some tearing up of toilet paper, urination in the house, and chewing up of mom and dad's school papers, but I won't do it because I love the scrambleys, french toads, and truthfully I just like to sit back and enjoy the sunshine on my face!

I hope that everypuggy is having a great almost summer!

It's Gloomy Outside but my heart feels Sunny inside.

As many of you know I am an older puggy, but my doggy dr. says I am in great shape. I am on a diet now, and have been walking with mom and dad twice a day to keep my weight managable and healthy. So today we went to the doggy doctor's office and he said I looked good and then did that thing we dare not speak of and then we were off!

It was a gloomy day outside, but inside my heart I was singing away. I was sitting next to mom today and I was singing, she said she could feel my songs inside! I couldn't leave mom alone today.

I have never been much of a velcro puggy, I like to lay next to you but not on you, but lately I cannot get enough of my mom, I have to lay next to her, on her, and at night on her head, near her face, I go to sleep with my head right next to hers on her pillow, and I am singing!!! I feel so sunny inside!!! Mom and dad both say that on a gloomy day I am the sunshine that makes the world a brighter better place...I am only too happy to smile and sing!

Well I've got to go and sit on mom and sing!

The Easter Puggy is Coming

So my mommy and dad tell Lula and I that the Easter Puggy is coming soon. We know that the Easter Puggy has in the past left us treats to eat and toys to play with, that are fun, fluffy, and sometimes cuddlable...we love the Easter Puggy.

We bought our grandma and grandpop an Easter rabbit that was made of wire and fluffy stuffs to put in her garden, it is holding an Easter basket, when we gave it to her she leaked water all over her eyes, and hugged us...we love grandmommy...and then she gave us treats,...we love grandmommy.

So mommy was painting and decided to let us paint...she let us walk in some of the non-toxic kiddo paint she has and we walked all over some paper, she's cutting out our paws to make a pugbouquet for our grandparents...she's so goofy, but we liked the painting...it was fun..we didn't however like the cleaning up part...

We hope that everyone is getting excited for the Easter Puggy.

AWWWW CRUD!

So yesterday was a beautiful day outside.

We had a great time, we got to walk and walk, which we love, sniffing everything, every blade of grass and every thing that comes my way...and I am stubborn, if I'm not done sniffing, I am not done sniffing...period.

Well no sooner than after the walk..we heard the bathtub...oh crud...bathtime...this indignity that the humans have given us...scrubbing our backs, our belly's and mostly our little frito feetsies...I work hard to make my feet smell like fritos...

So we each had a bath, then we got TREATS!!!!!!!!! Mom and dad made us the turkey muffins...oh my goodness they are great...I did the puggy bootie scootie as momma calls it to let her know how happy we were..plus later that night dad snuck us some extra turkey muffin..what a guy...

Well off to beg for more muffins..
