Arrival Story:
My owners first saw me on the Polk County Animal Services website (www.polkpets.org). Apparently I had gotten lost from somewhere and the pound picked me up wandering around Frostproof. My family decided that I was cute and wanted to rescue me. At first I was very shy and the pound worker had to drag me out of my kennel. When they brought me me home, I was very dirty and stinky. They washed me and made me into a very pretty dog. They gave me lots of toys, food, and love. I finally began to come out of my shell. Now I am an attention hog. I can't get enough belly rubs.

Bio:
Now I am fat, healthy and happy. I am still shy around strangers. I am a good watch dog and bark when someone comes to the door. I love to go for rides in the car. I am very smart and can do quite a few tricks (when I feel like it).
