 Quick Bio:
Likes: To run, run, and maybe some more running...

Pet-Peeves: Her brother Buddy playing with her when she doesn't want to be played with, and of course when she gets in trouble for doing things she KNOWS she's not suppose to...

Favorite Toy: Anything her brother Buddy has, and pigears...

Favorite Food: Canidae, For All Life Stages, dry food, and bread... yes BREAD!

Favorite Walk: Sadie loves to go to the dog park where she can run and chase the birds!!

Best Tricks: To act cute, even when she knows she's done something wrong, and when she CHOOSES to ignore you!

Arrival Story: Sadie came to us from our local animal shelter. My husband fell in love with her before I did. But now I can say she is MY dog!! We didn't know anything about the breed, but we were looking for someone that could keep up with our golden retriever, she was the perfect match! She actually tired him out when they first met. She only weighed 30 pounds the day we brought her home which was very skinny for her build (she is a small girl to begin with). She was very sick! She is now in good health, and we are working very hard to put some more pounds on her! It isn't easy keeping the weight on her because she has a very high activity level and all she does is run, play and RUN! But she can eat like a pig!! She has been a lot of work, she loves to get on counters and eat everything in sight (especially whole loafs of bread!). She is very stubborn when it comes to training, it takes a few thousand times before she understands what it is that you want her to do, but once she learns it she is GREAT at putting it to work! Sadie is an AWESOME addition to our furr family, and we love her so very much!!

Bio: We have never had a GSP, nor had we ever heard of the breed until we found Sadie. We are very happy with her and she is very low maintenance as far as grooming (when it comes to training it is the complete opposite!). Surprisingly she gets along great with the cats and rabbits! We were almost talked out of her breed because of her hunting instincts, but other than birds, she is great with animals. Sadie spends her days going on walks and to the dog park where she runs non-stop chasing birds, and when there are no birds, she just runs! Other dogs are not fast enough to keep up with her so she shows no interest to them, but they sure love to chase her! Sadie has been a great dog, and she fits well with our life style!
