Favorite Walk:
We live on a golf course and all three dogs seem attracted to the sand trap. I've had to rake it out too many times to count.
Best Tricks:
Not really a trick, but in the morning when she wants to wake up, she creeps up to head-level on the bed and gives you little test licks with just th very tip of her toungue. If you don't move after a few she'll lay down for a while longer.
Arrival Story:
She is the niece of our first boxer Hamish. And they loovveed each other! He took to her immediately as she looks, and doubtless smelled just like his sister Liesl.
Bio:
A few years ago when her Grandfather Pat came to Baltimore where we were living to get treatment at Johns Hopkins. Freya glused herself to him through the entire ordeal. She was very gentle with him and would inspect him with her nose on every return from the hospital. She slept with him when he slept and accompanied him wherever he went in the house. We all know that her unflinching devotion to him during that time helped make his treatment easier to bear.
