Arrival Story:
My boyfriend (at the time) and I went up to the mountains for a day of snowboarding. While breaking for lunch, we went out to the car ... and there was a woman walking a very *unusual* looking dog. We started talking to her about her dog, and she said she was a volunteer at the humane society near our house. Same area we lived in! We told her about our other dog (Daggitt), and that we were looking to get another dog ... and she told us about Vegas.
The next day ... we both said "hmm, how about we go take a look at Vegas" ... and the rest is history. If it weren't for that kind lady in the parking lot, we wouldn't have found him, that's for sure!
Bio:
"I have a 'sister' Daggit ... we all live in a nice little house with a big yard where we romp and play a lot. Daggit is a great ball player, but ... I just like to "block and tackle" her. ha ha.
We also have another brother, Kona, who is my mom's boyfriend's dog. He's a Jindo dog and is kind of like a cat in a dog's body. We like him very much!
I'm a German Shep/Chow mix (and perhaps something more, who knows?) I've got a purple Chow tongue (we'll have to find a tongue wagging picture). I'm a sweet boy with a sort of dopey (but smart!) disposition. Just scratch me behind the ears and I'll be your friend forever. Everybody's my buddy. I'm a fierce protector of my home, though. But, my bark sounds a lot worse than my bite.
