Arrival Story:
Daddy was looking for a tricolor corgi to keep Lady company since Jan 2005. There are very few tricolor corgis in Singapore and Australia, so Dada searched for US breeders using the internet. There were many breeders but they either didn't want to ship overseas or just didn't have the right dog. One day, Dada decided to sign up for an online dog database - something unusual. That night, he spoke to a breeder who agreed to ship, but the breeder didn't have the right puppy. Guess what? The next day, Dada got an email from the breeder saying that me and my little brother were available because some family did not pay a deposit - whatever that is. So since then, Dada and the breeder emailed and contacted each other - there was a lot of work to be done on both the US and Singapore side, but they pulled through and got everything settled. The flight was very long - and I was lonely and afraid, but I tried to be a brave boy - I had to stopover in Korea before reaching Singapore. So for a 4-mth old puppy, you can say I'm well-traveled. In Singapore, I had to stay at a quarantine center for 30 days, but Dada visited me weekly and kept me company as often as possible. Finally, on March 5, I came home and met Lady.
Bio:
I was born in October 2005, in Tennessee. My doggy daddy is a red-headed tricolor and mommy is a black tri. My owner Daddy is hoping that I'll turn out to be a black tri. I want to make Dada happy and be proud of me.
