Arrival Story:
My parents first airedale passed away when I was 9, and we decided to get another airedale. We went through a breeder and came across Hayley. She was the "rascal" of the bunch and we had an instant bond of friendship. When she was ready to go home with us, I proudly signed the owner's papers and chose her formal (dog show) name; Double Dutch Delight Treat.

Remember Our Love

I was chosen today
I'm learning to fly
the world took me away,
but please don't you cry

And I chose you today
to try and be strong
so please don't you cry
and don't say that I'm gone

When you're feeling alone
just remember our love,
I'm up near the stars
looking down from above.

Remember our love
In a moment you'll see
that I'm still here beside you
when you're thinking of me.

On Sunday, September 29, 2004, I came to the rainbow bridge. I shall wait patiently until my owners come and I will be there, tail wagging to greet them. I know it was hard for them, but it was my time. I felt no pain and now my arthritis is gone and I feel like a pup again. I had a great life. WOOF!
