Pet-Peeves: Being without his family, not going for walks, being called foo-foo dog after having a bath
Favorite Toy: rawhides, tennis ball, pink stuffed bone
Favorite Food: Iams, tomatoes, grapes, bananas, apples, potato chips, on occasion, we strive hard not to let him get scraps from us humans
Favorite Walk: the field by our house, around the neighborhood
Best Tricks: Speak, shake, giving ten (both paws), go potty, treat, loves to roll over and show his belly for belly rubs
Arrival Story: We rescued Yukon from the Maricopa Animal Control shelter in 2002. He was a handful at first, but has turned out to be one of the most loving, happy, dog we could have. He loved his "brother" Sparky, who passed away in 2005.
Hi pals. I have decided to have my mommy decorate my page for Breast Cancer Awareness for October. My grandma, aunt, and mommy's close friend have all survived this cancer. I want to bring awareness to the issue and show that yes, us "manly" pups can wear pink! At least mom stopped with my page and hasn't tried to dress me in pink, although I think she is trying to figure out how. Thanks pups and kitties! Woof, Woof ~Yukon~
Yukon you let yourself out of the car only two days after we got you. Only to find you running around our apartment manger's office! The trash was you're personal playground. When we were painting the house we now live in, you escaped just to run around the neighborhood! You've had lots of second chances, and have greatly helped mom heal from the Sparky dog passing on! Everday you have something to talk to us about, you love your pool, car rides, and lots of playing at the dog park! I love your special spot you only let mom scratch, my protector who sits in front me in the backyard, and suprise kisses you give when I'm feeling down. I hope we have lots more kisses, special talks, and laying in the bed when Daddy's not home! I love you Yukon and every joy you bring me each day!
