Arrival Story:
My hubby Gary got Hoosier as a replacement for another Golden he had lost. I met Hoosier almost 3 years ago when I started dating Gary. According to Gary, I can get Hoosier to do things that no one else, including Gary, has gotten him to do. Hoosier will now have little treats of people food (VERY little), he'll climb up on the couch next to "momma" and he'll even let me give him body hugs and crowd over him. Hoosier is more my buddy than Gary's. Everyone loves momma!!

Bio:
January 22, 2004 We said good bye to our beloved Hoosier Bella today. Of late, he's been increasingly more disoriented, having bouts of falling and running into things for no reason. With everything else ruled out, it was strongly felt that his problem was neurological or possibly the cancer he had two years ago had spread to his brain. Since Bella was 13 we could not put him through any more tests or surgery. We could have waited for his condition to worsen, but that clearly would not have been fair to Bella. His quality of life was deteriorating. We owed it to him to let him go with dignity. Bella passed quietly in our arms. He will be missed so very much by all of us.
