Arrival Story:
Our Maltese Fritz died almost a year to the day that my Dad did (he was really my Dad's doggie). My Mom was lonely. My sister and I were meeting for a cocktail one afternoon when we spotted this pet store. So in we walked and then we saw lambie and we picked him up and we wouldn't put him down even though other people were trying to buy him, until my sister could drive and pick my Mom up to come and meet JACK (named after my Dad). She really didn't want another pet so quick after losing Fritz, but the moment she saw him she fell in love. So we took Jackie home and he was right at home from the moment we put him down on the floor.
Bio:
Jack is the most wonderful boy. The vet said that there isn't a mean bone in his body - he's the sweetest, cutest lovebug. So loving - very protective of my Mom - adores her. He's so smart it's incredible. He doesn't bark when the person coming up the stairs is someone he knows. When a guest arrives, unlike most dogs who bark and jump, he runs to his little bed and sits there wagging his tail until the guest goes over to acknowledge him. My Mom and all of us are just completely in love with Jack.
