Arrival Story:
My basset hound MaeBelle passed away from old age and she was the guardian of the poultry so I went to the SPCA to see if there were any Livestock Guardian breeds needing a home. Turns out that just 2 weeks before I went there the SPCA had shut down a rescue org. and seized 39 large breed dogs. Hannah was one of them, so I adopted her and except for chasing the turkey, she has settled into her job quite nicely and has kept the fox and coyotes away, not losing any birds (I lost all my birds just after MaeBelle passed on)
