I got Chloe from New England Sheltie Rescue after my 9 year old sheltie Savanna passed away from lung cancer

Bio:
Chloe was found tied to a tree in western MA by a woman who did cat rescue. Chloe stayed with the cats until she was taken to sheltie rescue - I found her on their website - I had adopted my last sheltie Savanna from them a few years back.
