Getting back to normal

Well, I have been spayed and it hurt! No I am serious, I was in some pain. The medicine that my mom gave me was gross to say the least. I didn't want to take that unless I was being bribed with turkey! But I am feeling much, much better now. We went to see the doctor for a post op check up and Dr Seo removed my stitches because Dr Lisa wasn't there. I have been sneezing a lot lately but the doctor said not to worry about it. I also go t my last shot! Woo hoo! At least I didn't cry, I was a good girl and got a nice treat from Cathy. Now I am back to normal, running around and playing fun games with my mom and dad. Mom says next week I am having a play dat with Bailey and/or Laci so we will see if it works out. I sure hope so. Mom and dad keep saying I need a bath. I know what that means and do not like the sound of that! They even said I smelled, how rude! I don't think that smell is coming from me, is it? Hopefully they will take me to see Lisa at the groomer. I want to show her that I have been better with getting brushed and I am not as matted as I was the last time she saw me, I don't have any (yet)! Mom wants to get me a shorter hair cut so it isn't so crazy all the time. Well, I guess we will see. Look out for new pics and to see if I got a new hair cut sometime next week. Wish me luck. Grooming update

Well, we went to the groomer and Mom was right, she was pretty mad that I was all knotted up and messy. She even had to do an extra step and get all those knots off of me that took a long time. But I do look pretty with my purple bow. Mom posted a picture of me after the groomer in one of my favorite spots, on the back of the couch. I wanted to say hi to all of my friends too and sorry it took so long to get the new pictures up here, Moms computer has been broken and she couldn't get the pictures from the camera. Mom says that next time we are getting a shorter hair cut to be able to keep me looking neat and not like a wild thing.

New Experiences

Ok, I am new to this and to making friends. I have gotten so many requests already and I am happy to say yes to all of you so far! I am quite the free spirit. I am not girley at all and can run super fast. I hate being brushed! My mom tried that again today and I wouldn't let it fly. She keeps saying something about knots and that my hair is ratty looking but I don't care. Who needs a long flowing mane of hair when it only slows you down? My mom says I have to get to a groomer A.S.A.P. and that the groomer will probably scold her when she gets a look at me. I don't see why, so what if my fur is slightly balled up by my legs or that I might have a left over piece of rice cake in my face hair? Anyway, I have once gone before for a puppy grooming and that lady was nice, I hope it's her again. This time mom says that I have to get a trim too, thank goodness my speed was slowing down. My mom is nervous about the trim because of what happened to Honey when she went to be groomed. YIKES! That was a scarry sight if I say so myself. Hope I don't end up like that! Guess we will have to wait and see. Thanks again to all of you who want to be my friends. You all have such great pages and I can't wait to get to know all of you better. I also told my mom to get some more recent photos up, these are about two months old and I have grown to be a big, little girl. Stay tuned...
